Instead of the morning headline being, "Local girl assaulted by multiple unknown males", they would read,
"Two youths found dead in ditch"
Yup. A few like that - left to be found (missing their offending body parts) by their "community" would send a clear message.
I suppose the Brits are too civilized for such things these days.
Guys on death row ... whether sooner or later ... die because they were/are evil and had/has been adjudicated as such.
NO one wants to murder someone, but IMO .. some humans should be dead and no longer active or an influence.
