No, they belong rotting in the ground. Why should the tax payers be burdened with the rapists survival for numerous years? Kill them and be done with it. You rape, you die! End of story.

No, put their dead bodies on display like pirates were done centuries ago, as a warning to others of their kind. Like Clint Eastwood said, “Buzzard's gotta eat, same as the worm.”
