For ninety plus years, blacks have been demanding programs and affirmative action to level the playing field. Numerous attempts have been mounted, hundreds of millions of dollars have been wasted, and N-O-T-H-I-N-G has changed. It is time to stop shelling out money and let the chips fall where they may.
