Just saw this ... I’m overrun with Ebola pings ;-).

Soup is a good plan. Look for recipes with lots of vegetables (frozen or canned are fine) and some protein such as meat or beans. There should be several varieties of the old standard, “Garden Vegetable Soup,” in your program materials.

I will begin to lay in supplies of SOUPS and maybe some Chinese foods, because both are high in protein and low in calories. I don’t know what else to do, and I’m desperate to get rid of this weight.

Soup recipes can’t be all that hard to find, so I will look and see what things I need to buy to make them. My problem is storing them, as they come in such large batches and I have no containers.

A friend who is a fairly holistic M.D. has said taking about 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D a day is also a good idea.
