I now work retail part-time and this by choice. I'm always amazed at the vast turnover of young people who have no incentive to "work". They think they're doing a company a favor by just showing up...when they do.

Mentioning also what they wear to work is more like a circus side show! ..and no wonder companies are beginning to require specific dress codes. You wouldn't believe what these young people think is acceptable dress for work!

I work for an energy company.

High paying job openings all the time, but my company cannot find Americans to fill them due to lack of skills.

We hire 2/3 of the professionals from other countries.
