No. The legal system never found him not guilty. The school found him not guilty. They're not going to give up $40 a year tuition.

You're assuming the guy is guilty, when there is no basis to believe such other than the word of this girl. This girl who thinks carrying a mattress around with her all day is a good idea.
If there was any actual basis to this person's allegations, don't you think in this climate that the college wouldn't dare to NOT take steps?
