The CFR’s Center for Preventive Action (CPA) seeks to help prevent, defuse, or resolve deadly conflicts around the world and to expand the body of knowledge on conflict prevention............ It does so by creating a forum in which representatives of governments, international organizations, nongovernmental organizations, corporations, and civil society can gather to develop operational and timely ‘strategies for promoting peace in specific conflict situations’.
Washington functions via these groups and others..but this one is the biggie....the go to folks...who have offices near the state dept.
The leaders of the Islamists are very, very wealthy. For example the Saudis and Iranian The Ayatollah’s billions. They use Islam to control the masses in kingdom and in country. The Islamist leaders in all Muslim countries are rich and powerful.
I'm thinking that they are a natural for the CFR and party with the world's most powerful and influential people. They supply the CFR with the most violent radicals to do any kind of dirty work. Over the years I've heard it suggested that that is the way it is.
So to install one of their own as president of the USA the Islamists would have needed the cooperation of the CFR and vice versa.
