Anyone ever had dogs & cats in your area acting like they're scared but you can't figure out why?

Or, it could be Haints they are even harder to spot

Paint your porch ceiling and your doors Haint Blue. They don't like that and stay away.

11 missing commercial airliners after they were taken over by Islamic militias in Libya is being reported along with DHS missing some 6000 foreigners on Student Visas.
We’re coming up on 9/11 anniversary.

I’m in west central FL. No deer, squirrels or raccoons have been around since 8/25. I usually pick up the deer every other day on my trail cam and the squirrels watch while I fill the deer feeder. Nothing for 9 days now.

I didn’t read the whole thread...but...

Yesterday one of the dogs I normally walk was totally freaked out. Normally she loves going for a walk.

I left a note asking the owner if anything happened over the weekend I needed to be aware of. She walked tail tucked, slinky behind me, with lots of panic panting.

For your reference, I am in the Northwest Ohio area.

OH yea...as a PS...

I noted the other day on my FB page that one of my cats is acting peculiar and might be going to the vet, but other than behavioral I am not seeing any outward signs of illness.

Posted Aug. 24th I know something is still off though, as he is sleeping under the corner of the bed or if I am on the couch he wants under the blanket or he will sit there and stare at the blanket until I put him under it.

take him for a drive. get 50-100 miles away and see if he feels better.

if he does, that’s interesting

then take him back, but just in the local town, not quite to home.

if he starts to act strange again... then that’s very interesting.

if that’s the case, consider going on a vacation to maine or florida for a month ;)

Moose, anything strange on your side of the pond in relation to this thread? Are the dogs, cats, or strange noises giving any clues?

They must all be sensing a disturbance in the Force.

Like Hillary about to announce her run for the White House.

Hillary about to announce her run for the White House.

Would think the squirrels would be flocking together with this notification but being human ... I do not know.

We had a coyote in our back yard yesterday morning. That’ll freak the dogs and cats.

Nully, that is very realistic. If any reports come in of the dogs loading up, no doubt, Houston Apollo 13.

Dogs can sense things humans can't. We had a German Shepherd who could tell when my grandson was about to have a seizure. I know several lap dogs who sensed their owners had breast cancer before they were even diagnosed.

If I had to guess, I would think possible seismic activity. Before the little earthquake we had here in Pennsylvania a couple of years ago, our dog was definitely off, but just the morning of, not days or weeks.
