Average house here costs MORE than a million. And I see pit bulls all the time.
In fact the average house here is over TWO million.
Trashy people have dogs who are trashy. Whatever the breed

Why any normal person would own a breed that is overwhelmingly more likely to eat a kid’s face than any other breed is beyond me.

Someone gave my family a chihuahua, otherwise known as a trembling hand full of fur. Well, it’s a dog so we learned to love it even though it was a chihuahua. When both brain cells were firing, it could function almost like a real dog. But we had to move the marble coffee table further away from the couch because that little thing would “over jump” to get down and slam his little melon head into the table and drop lifelessly to the floor. Horrible to watch. Screams as everyone dove for the dog to see if it was hurt. Good thing those little heads are hard as bowling balls. Empty, but hard. But hey, if it’s a dog you just have to love it and worry about it etc. With chihuahuas you’re always worried they’ll trip and drown in their water dish or give themselves a little concussion somehow.
I did a quick check and found a breeder bragging about his 150 pound pit bull. Yeah, and he’s bragging that the pit is now a trained service dog. Uh huh....these people are sooooooo sick.

Maybe because they are quiet, easy to groom and it pisses off liberals, just like a gun. They are especially offensive to “fussy” San Francisco residents who, with their long time companions, give the stink eye to anyone with a “pit bull type” dog they see while they walk their own dogs.

better ban all guns too. because accidental gun deaths of children year year outnumber deaths by ALL breeds of dogs of ALL ages of humans by 3x or more.

When guns start jumping out of their owners’ yards and running around town attacking people on their own - when that happens, you’ve got a point. Until then, not so much.
It is very clear that the police and justice system failed that woman terribly. The judges and perhaps others involved should be jailed for criminal negligence. At the least, they should be removed from the bench.

because dogs will get feisty and leave the yard. guns, supposedly locked up and put away and in the hands of smart people...still escape and kill. Somehow these locked up guns escape. Or maybe the locked up ammo escapes and then frees the locked up guns. Then together they search out whoever is a kid or drunk in the house and magically cause that person to shoot the roommate, or their sibling or their own kid.
Because it’s not the gun...it’s the owner...
where have I heard it’s the owner before.... hmmm.
