It’s possible if no one at the clinic noticed Ms. Rivers wasn’t breathing right away. The clinic is separate from the hospital, so there was probably some time between when she stopped breathing and when she was transported to the hospital.

What bothers me is that it says "They do not know how long she was without oxygen"..... and why don't they know??? I would say the doctors have a very good idea. She most likely was being monitored by a CRNA during the procedure. It's the media that doesn't know, and as usual they place their own importance above all else.
