I don’t know if there is such a clause. But lets’ say that there is. So what?
If the individual is sanctioned in a serious manner or discharged by
the company should that mean anything? You say that your contract
includ. es a moral turpitude clause and I assume that you have
coworkers who have similar clauses. If one of them violates their
contract and his/her behavior becomes a public issue is that a
reflection on you and your company? Yah, let’s just see if we can
out-liberal each other see who can be the most indignant. Like to
see contracts pulled from your company due to the non-business
related bad behavior by a big shot? Didn’t think so.
I teach high school, and yes I am a conservative. Do I want to see people fired over bad behavior? D@MN STRAIGHT I do. Maybe you have not noticed, but on FR we get raked over the coals (rightly and wrongly) on a regular basis. In my district faculty members are terminated for bad behavior, and I have no problem with that.
