You cannot get your hand on weapons grade ammonium nitrate from a feed store. I tried to buy some 32-0-0 and they do not even stock it. They could order it after I filled out all of the official federal paper work.
I sure hope so. I knew it was regulated but if what you say is true and they don’t have it on hand then I’m relieved.
