President Obama's lawyers are developing a careful legal rationale that would allow the administration to take executive action on immigration enforcement while holding up in a potential court challenge. Republicans are expected to greet any unilateral moves by the White House with intense opposition.
The lawyers are expected to argue that Congress has left the administration with too few resources to enforce every law and deport all of the roughly 11.5 million immigrants living in the U.S. illegally. That forces the government to prioritize which immigrants to remove from the country.

Those lawyers disgust me almost as much as the anti-American socialist in our White House disgusts me.

It does not matter any more. The Republican “opposition” has accepted as practical reality that the Sultan is, indeed, s sultan and can do what he wants. If he grants Amnesty and then Citizenship by decree and is not removed immediately by the military or the Capitol police or some such and his decrees nullified then he will have completed the Transformation. America will be, in fact, a Sultanate and the Islamification of the Sultanate will begin in earnest. The Left will wake up to see that their heads are about to come off, too and some will cry shaheed. The rest will hastily offer jizya or flee the country and may or may not preserve their soulless lives.
