The Discovery Channel has canceled its hit “Sons of Guns” series after reality star Will Hayden was arrested again Wednesday for allegedly raping his daughter.
Arrest documents said Mr. Hayden’s daughter accused her father of taking her virginity and orally and vaginally raping her almost daily since she was 11 years old, TMZ reported. She said she never reported it because he threatened her physically.
Mr. Hayden, 44, is founder and owner of Red Jacket Firearms, the business behind the hit television series “Sons of Guns.”He was arrested two weeks ago in Louisiana on molestation charges and crimes against nature. He blamed the charges on a scorned ex-girlfriend, who was angry he ended their relationship. His older daughter Stephanie had told TMZ there was never any impropriety in their home.

Can I also ask a question? Can we still prosecute for crimes against nature? Since we have legalized homosexuality, is there still such a category of sex crime as a crime against nature? Not trying to minimize what he allegedly did to the girl, just thinking that whatever he did would fall under sexual assault criminal statutes.
that’s exactly what i thought too. if we punish a sex act between a man and woman as a crime against nature sex acts between two men or two women have to be crimes against nature as well.
i also love how without any investigation and conflicting accounts from different kids and family that the guys’ employer cuts him loose. if he’s not guilty i’d sue the pants off them for wrongful termination/breach of contract, whatever may apply.

I have a friend who was accused of DV.
He proved in court she was a liar, the court didn’t sanction her one bit, he lost his right guns during this time, cost him $30k and he had to file for expungement and got it.
Now suing her civilly and has every intention of being vindictive for the sake of justice in some form.
I never watched the show because he was always such a jerk.
The only one I liked on the show was Vince. He looks like a tattooed freak but he was a real pro gunsmith. He took over when Hayden lost his license and then left altogether after that.

I had wondered what his older daughter was going to say about this.
But beyond that, I do not know what to say about this, except that I am glad that I am not in his shoes.
Some heinous accusations right there.

I don’t know if the charges are true or not, but I long ago stopped watching this show because my “douchebag radar” was going off loud and clear over this guy. He is entirely too impressed with himself, and the show seemed more about that than the custom firearms.

In the Leftist Media, innocent until proven guilty only applies to liberals who have committed crimes and are arrested. For conservatives who have been accused of crimes, the Leftist Media always indicates their guilt.
It all comes down to respect for the Constitution liberals have no respect for the Bill of Rights while Conservatives respect the Bill of Rights and would never assume one is guilty until they are proven guilty by a court.

Unless there was a medical exam done within 48 hours of the last assault, AND there was biological matter to collect, a medical exam proves very little. That’s the real science of forensic medical exams in cases of child sexual abuse. Perhaps the guy signed his name with indelible ink on the “inside” attesting “I was here!” (highly unlikely and still would not prove sexual assault)
A broken, torn, ragged, etc hymen can happen in many ways, and is not limited to penile penetration. Also, many offenders use oral sex instead of penile penetration because it leaves less evidence. Less evidence, but does not diminish the impact on the victim in any way. Digital (e.g., finger) penetration is also common and does not leave collectible evidence.
Just one of the many reasons it is so very difficult to prove the sexual assault of a child.
In this case he was arrested for vaginal rape.
