Wow. The one comment on the article so far calls him a “nut bag.” Why is he a “nut bag?” I hate liberals more and more each day.

Is it possible? Arizona could get a real governor.

The sounds of silence from Brewster (and Martinez) about the Central American hordes who've overwhelemed that border are appalling. They're both enablers of the invasion.

PPP, the Public Polling, (IIRC the SAME outfit that hid their polling in the recall election in Colorado) put out this release as soon as the polls closed. According to the 588 (aprox) voters they polled (%s as to parties I couldn’t find on a quick skim, but it was “likely voters”), Ducey and Dem operative/candidate Fred Du Val, were “tied” for November.

Are you talking about Brewer and Gov Suzanna Martinez (of New Mexico)? Those two have been pretty much silent, on the southern invasion taking place.

Yes, I’m talking about Governors Brewster and Martinez. They definitely should’ve stepped up and joined Perry in calling out the National Guard. The silver lining is we now know they’re worse than useless in a crisis if either of them ever dares to aspire to national office.

The polling is probably the non-Ducey voters saying they are undecided in the general. There is going to be a lot of Republican voters pissed their candidate didn’t get elected. But Ducey was way better than openly pro-amnesty pro-Kyoto Smith.

Ducey was the best of the choices available.

At least we don’t have another “fiery conservative woman” (like Nikki Haley or Brewer) creating a BS myth out of herself. Even if there are question marks on Ducey he is not a woman and he is not going to be able to shake off that he just is a generic Republican.
