Yes. As the video shows the entire point is to be low and slow. Being hit is not avoidable. That's why they designed the A-10 with redundant mechanical control systems, stuck the engines outside the fuselage away from the fuel tanks and built a titanium bathtub around the pilot. Any plane that flies fast or high enough to avoid ground fire can't do the A-10's job.
