I know that Bush said existing embryonic stem cell lines could be used without creating new ones. But then Obama said embryos could be created and used for anything but cloning. But then Obama never really defined when the life of a human clone begins. So I believe it was left as just another split-the-baby decision by Zero. Which basically means the Bush decision is null and void.
