The NFL now wants the artists to pay THEM for the “privilege” of appearing. Al seems like way too smart a guy to fall for that deal.
No doubt we’ll end up with the most desperate no-talent rapper or has-been with money in the bank, desperate to try and restart a career.

Just as Weird Al copies other peoples ideas and builds on them, you can copy his strategies to grow your own business.

The second type, replication, seeks growth through copying existing business models and products; franchising is the most common example.
The third type of growth, appropriation this is where Weird Al comes in uses strategic alliances and partnerships to generate value through new products and new markets, using others skills and resources.
Weird Al, has promoted his career by seeking approval from every musician he spoofs. In other words, he BUILDS on the success of others while creating his own MARKET NICHE.
He’s not desperate to go on the Superbowl and he doesn’t need it.
