Any chance this might be cartel related?
I’m sure white males commit just as many of these heinous crimes as Latin Americans and Blacks.
Right?
I like that ‘there is nothing better than a good cop and nothing worse than a bad cop’. It has been my experience. Nothing serious but made me do some thinking.
I hadn’t read that the “broken orbital fracture” was discredited.
Our media needs a whippin’. BOTH sides.
The WH, the Pope, CAIR and every goo-goo lefty in Texas will argue the shooting was self defense, justifiable homicide, i.e. ‘he didn’t want to wind up like Brown’, and he should be released for time served.
So yeah, he should be put against a wall and shot, but instead he’ll walk in a few years, prolly far less than twenty.
Genetics? Maybe he comes from a line of criminal stupidity.
This is Texas, not Indiana. We have that every time there’s a capital murder case. We don’t care, we even have an express lane for these idiots in the judicial system and he will soon meet Mister Pointy.
“Any chance this might be cartel related?”
Very good question.
There will be absolutely no justice as long as Holder is at the DOJ. That’s what it’s come to. Thanks liberals.
The only one discrediting that story is CNN based on an unknown source. Meanwhile the original source for the story was a high ranking police official. Guess we won’t know for sure for a while, but I wouldn’t put it past CNN to spin this.
The orbital fracture story has been discredited, ...

Where did you hear that? What’s the source; that ambulance chasing lawyer Crump?
Instead it looks like we we will be supporting him for 20-40 years. (At 50K @ year?)

Unlike CA, Texas doesn’t let those sentenced to death live that long.
“There is nothing better than a good cop and nothing worse than a bad cop.”
No truer words have ever been written. FWIW, almost every day we read in the postings on FR of LEO malfeasance, and I have been a victim of it myself. Personally, I would never involve the cops unless it was unavoidable. The risk/benefit equation is simply skewed too far toward the risk side for my taste.
“Genetics? Maybe he comes from a line of criminal stupidity.”
Maybe he’s related to these guys:

How many federal “aides” is odumbo planning to send to this officers funeral?
R.I.P. Officer Pimentel
Having the fracture "discredited" doesn't negate the fact he was attacked and likely a bit dazed from the punches.
Saw a perfect graphic come across Twitter yesterday, but I didn't mark it, so I'll try explaining it the best I can.
Think of the way a runner starts off at the beginning of a race- head down with arms swinging back and forth in front of the body as the runner uses the motion to gain momentum. Like this:
That scenario fits with the injuries along the arm as well as the ones in the head since the Officer would have been aiming for center mass.
That was CNN. He was injured. The prosecution is going to show the x-rays to the grand jury. CNN was wrong.
Matters not that CNN was wrong to the grievance industry. They now can claim that Wilson’s eye socket wasn’t fractured and it has entered their meme for good, never to be pried out with actual evidence.
If you come to Texas and kill somebody we will kill you back. That's our policy.
