Shoppers in Venezuela
Venezuela = Test Country for the MOTB?
I believe this would be new world low, wouldn’t it?
I’ve never heard of such a thing, does any other country do this? Cuba, North Korean, anybody?
Sounds like “mark of the beast” stuff. Can’t buy without the mark (permission to buy controlled by government).
The nation destroyed by Chavez. And the envy of zer0 and the regime.
Chavez said publically, to Castro, that Obama is to the left of ‘us.’
Ping.
My thought exactly.
The BATFF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Food) requires this. After the passed legislation of the Assault Food Act of 2013, it is only reasonable. After all, who needs a Weapon of Mass Feeding???!? I am so glad they banned #10 assault cans!!!11!!1 These are high-capacity food containers ONLY USED BY ARMIES!!1!!!11
This should sit ‘well’ with the ANTI ID crowd inre voting.
They (the pros) can roll out the old “If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about” but would imagine with photos of WHAT you purchase along with the damning finger prints, ‘they’ can keep track of your diets’.
The stores would retaliate by not selling the offending products which would cause a blackmarket for ‘QumQuats’ or whatever is on the LIBS ‘hit list’ for the day.
Meanwhile BO golfs and OUR Congress doesn’t even bother to twiddle its collective thumb anymore....
Afraid these ‘so called’ leaders are in for a (hopefully) ‘rude’ awakening.
Of course, just keep ‘giving’ the masses all they ask for and they insure their job/position for life AND they, in turn, insure that we have an increasingly growing lower class.
But there will come a day when the ‘peasants revolt’ and figure the Lords and Masters have TOO much... hopefully that doesn’t take another 250 or so years but when ‘they’ keep sucking the producers out of the mix, the end is surely near as NO POL is good at doing anything other than spending OTHER peoples money, usually using it to secure his own future....
coming to a theatre near you!!!!
you can bet on it. Once all the provisions of obamacare have became effective and everyone has their id, a computerized list of what one can purchase will be sent to all approved market places [stores]. All non approved [laces will have been shut down. When one goes to purchase food, one’s id will be matched to the list. This was all approved by a majority of the voters way back in 2008 and re-affirmed in 2012 as what they wanted and desired.
can u imagine?
If you do manage to purchase the “wrong” thing, you will be chased down in the parking lot like shoplifters used to be.
Hey! maybe I will just start stealing....that seems to be alright these days.
Can they do that here? You bet they can and will. The gimmedat crowd can toss their EBT cards at places like Wal-Mart, Kroger, etc. All the’ll need is their “hand out” to “buy” their gourmet food at lowest prices, tax excluded. As for you and I, tuff nuggies. No lobster for us today.
Idea will work nicely until somebody plugs in a toaster and the power grid goes down.
ya Zero. Require it on food stamp purchases.. Mooooochelle can setup the approved foods list and everything. if the finger print does not match the one on file from the card holder, no sale.
I fully expect something of this sort to be implemented under Obamacare eventually. The leftist 'lifeboat analogy' ("we're all in this lifeboat together"), by which they justify all their intrusions into other people's lives, requires it. The cost of Obamacare is inevitably going to sky-rocket. The left will attribute this to lifestyle caused medical issues and will implement more and more draconian lifestyle restrictions for our own good in an effort to restrain these exploding costs.
