I have always thought the SEALS that took out the pirates holding Captain Phillips did so without orders from Obummer. He was wetting himself with hesitation.

My take on OBL is that the DCI had it set up and a generic go-ahead, and by the time Duh-1 read about it in the papers he had a choice: take credit, or rail against the people who got OBL.
So he took credit, outed the Team 6 and gave the other side Extortion 17 on a silver platter without so much as a weapons free for escorts to return fire in the ROE.
He isn't on our side, never has been.
