Joe Biden is at least reliably stupid. The Won wanders all over the map, between malicious, to stupid, to willfully ignorant. And these different modes are often at odds with each other.
Callous detached, tone deaf, selfish, ignorant, self absorbed and those are his good points.
The Party and their media knew who this guy was in 2008 and kept those features hidden to make sure he got into the white house.
And he was the best the democrat party could put up.
