If Trayvon Martin or Mike Brown never attacked George Zimmerman or Darren Wilson they would be alive today. End of story, good night, Good Morning America! That’s the real tragedy. Why is this concept so difficult to understand? If a black cop shot a white man charging him with the intent to do bodily harm, no one in the black community, the White House or the leftist media would have a problem with it. So why do you now? Excuse my English but that’s called racism where I come from. Self-defense is self-defense; no garnish, riots, or hypocrisy required!

Holder believes that blacks can't be racist. He has said so.
So what is one to conclude from that?
That blacks can do anything to whites when the motivation is related to race and it's okay.
They prosecute an innocent white person or beat up a a white person. They think blacks can't be racist and whites have no right to defend themselves against blacks when it comes to race.

Cases like this are to send a message. If you’re a whitey (or “white enough,” like Zimmerman,) you’d better not ever defend yourself against a black. If you do, your life will be ruined. So just shut up and let them slaughter you.

You can narrow down that 12.5% even further if you exclude children (say under 8 years old), women (for the most part), and the elderly. The actual percentage of people committing those murders is probably closer to 5% of the population.
