Liberian soldiers opened fire on residents of a slum in their country's capital city today after it was locked down in an effort to contain the spread of Ebola virus. People ran screaming as soldiers from the country's Ebola Task Force brutally enforced a quarantine of Monrovia's West Point district ordered by the country's president last night.

Soldiers spill blood in Liberian Ebola slum as riot breaks out over the quarantine of 50,000 residentsLeave it to Liberia to show how a riot should be handled.

Quelling riots - good. Spilling bodily fluids in an Ebola-stricken area - not so much.

Well, you got to figure, being locked up with 50,000
possible Ebola victims might just push you over the
edge.
I suppose we will get our chance to find out eventually.

Steralize it from the air. A few dozen MAOBs or a tactical nuke.
Oh, and in Liberia, too :-)

The Soldiers are probably as scared as the locals are of getting infected.

I don't know how significant this is, but in my more paranoid moments, I'm inclined to think it is quite significant, if only symbolically. I went to Google Maps and looked up West Point in Monrovia (the part that's been quarantined), just to get a sense of the geography of the place. Turns out that the only road that needs to be blocked to cut West Point off from the rest of Monrovia is named.... wait for it.... United Nations Drive! Check the link below:

It looks to me like officer Darren Wilson is hiding out in Liberia so that he can shoot more unarmed black people.

I fear that we are not far off from that type of brutal repression here in the USA.

Soldiers spill blood in Liberian Ebola slum as riot breaks out over the quarantine of 50,000 residents
Already they are soft peddling the numbers. Until this article every news item has mentioned West Point’s population as 75,000
Go to http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/ebola-outbreak-photos-fear-panic-liberian-forces-seal-west-point-slum-contain-disease-1461985
Which has a good number of photos of the West Point slum and the attempts to enforce the quarantine. Not also that the western edge of West Point is the Atlantic Ocean.
Heartbreaking to see the fear and anger in those eyes. Trapped by an evil not of their making. Cold and hard as the quarantine is, what is the alternative? What would we do?

The minister and her family who were evacd should have been quarantined and tested. I suspect they were not.
This is how it will spread to Europe and the US. When the elites in WA begin bugging out. They’ll be bringing their nannies and housekeepers. Who likely reside someplace like West Point.
To: Teotwawki
this is how it will end.....whole cites will be locked down, folks will kill for scraps of food, resorting to cannibalism and then starve....

It’s a shame what’s happened to the descendants of American blacks who settled there long ago.
