A grand jury may well choose not to indict on criminal charges, but if that happens, you can make book that the policeman will face Federal civil rights violations charges. It is the Chicago way you know.

If it turns out there’s solid evidence justifying the cop, expect a lot of noise out of Holder and the Feds, but no action. They want to get the anger to a low simmer and perpetuate it as long as possible to influence the elections.
