The robbery (strong-arm) in MO is Robbery 2, a class-B.

Maybe there just isn’t enough racism left in the U.S. to find a truly innocent kid who is a victim of violent racism.

Holder is out for blood and wants the officer charged.
If the grand jury refuses to indict, charges of “civil rights” violation will be filed.

Keep in mind he was probably shooting with only one eye functional.

So true. My son and a friend were accosted by a robber back in the ‘90s. The friend died and my son was shot in the chin while fighting the guy.
Later, the robber (while on foot) ran into the police working an accident and started shooting. The police officers (two) emptied their 9mm semis at him... 32 shots... and hit him twice. No trial needed, thank God.

Will this guy be testifying? Who? The accomplice or the DJ? That would be up to the local district attorney I assume.

Robbery in the second degree. 569.030. 1. A person commits the crime of robbery in the second degree when he
forcibly steals property.
2. Robbery in the second degree is a class B felony. (L. 1977 S.B. 60)

Note to self: Practice off-hand, off-eye. Be sure to practice reloading magazine or recharging the chamber. In CQB, an assailant that has a tight grip on your firearm can inadvertantly "drop the mag" by pushing the magazine release. Now you have one shot if you are still in CQB. Pretty scary to think about.
Also sobering: Read the story of the "Miami shootout" where an FBI agent had to reload his pistol with his teeth since his arm was blown to bits by the felons Ruger Mini 14....or anything by NYPDs Jim Cirrillo.

The accomplice...the guy supposedly changing his story If I were the prosecutor I wouldn't put him before the grand jury, or even a regular jury in a trial. Having changed his story from A to B his credibility is pretty poor.

When the lamestream news readers give me that blank stare deflated and disappointed look, I’ll know this is true.
