Chris Plante just reported on his radio show that The Viper (a rock radio station in St. Louis that CORRECTLY broke the autopsy news) is reporting that they have it on good authority that the shooting victim's accomplice in the strong arm robbery has now admitted that the gentle giant charged the cop and tried to take his gun, and that the cop will not be charged.
I’ll believe it when I see it.
AMEN if true.
Majorly whipped up riots tonight. The administration is counting on it.....
My wife has figured all this crap out. She asks “Why do they always pick a thug like Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown as their cause? Why not some clean cut kid who got shot by accident. Or at least some innocent kid that got the crap beat out of him?”
The answer: “They want the kid to be guilty so the white guy will be exonerated. This keeps the blacks stirred up.”
That ‘rumor’ is from a tweet that showed up last evening. There were several FR threads that have popped up repeating the tweet.
So far, there has been NO major media or governmental confirmation.
The County and State DA will have little influence.

Black King Obama and black Holder will never let this happen. Wilson will be charged and a full blown trial or grand jury investigation will progress. The black culture will never accept that Brown was guilty of attacking a police officer with intent to do bodily harm.
If Obama interferes the State AG should charge any federal agent with tampering and interference.
Absolutely. The DA can present or decline to present. He can then present a case that heavily favors indictment or a case that heavily favors no indictment, a “no true bill” ruling. It completely up to him.
I think they just have a really hard time finding the perfect case - the one where a completely innocent black kid is gunned down by a merciless white guy for no reason other than sport.
So they improvise and take what they can get...fill in a few blanks...etc.
They mean he won’t be charged CRIMINALLY.
WithHolder is there to help with a civil rights lawsuit - which I have no doubt will happen.
Why doesn’t Obama just get a headstart and firebomb the town. Save the rioters the trouble.

Maybe they just mean that the officer will not be charged for his bad marksmanship. WTH? 5 shots to the arm? I don’t think that is what he was taught in police training. More like three to the chest and two to the head.
Chris Plante is very good in the talkradio show field, for a local midmorning host. I listen to him when the one I do listen to, Jim Vicevich is not on the air.
