Judge Lucy Koh has blocked an apparent attempt by some of Americas most notorious killers to intervene in the Techtopus Silicon Valley wage-fixing case.
You know youre living in interesting times when sentences like that one are accurate.
As I reported late last month, Kohs court had received a handwritten motion to intervene apparently signed by a group of high-profile convicted murderers including: Christopher Wirth, William Parker, Jimmy James Thule, Jared Lee Loughner, Jodi Ann Arias, James Holmes, and Terry Lynn Nichols.
Yesterday, Judge Koh responded to the motion: Ruling that the group of murderers lacked the legal standing to intervene in the case involving wage-fixing at Google and Apple.

Well, it hard to see how they would have standing, I suppose some of them might have worked in that industry, but I’m sure not all of them did.
We see the order of denial from the Judge, but what was their contention?
