OK, this was Houston? The district of a certain whack job Congresswoman? Has anyone considered the possibility that it may have been the unplanned side effects of some insane new 30-foot wide 'do laced with helium and neon?
Of course, maybe it was deliberate. What better way to reach your constituents than hover over them with a "get out the vote" message?
