Benedryl in pill form and hair dryer on the bites...heat makes the itch go away.

Worse than noseeums are the flying midges.

Good luck...I’m highly allergic too.

My first choice would have been the hydrocortizone, but I’d try the following, starting first with what you have on hand. You may just want to go for it and pick up the Caladryl.

Vinegar

Kiwi (or papaya) slice

Witch Hazel

Epsom salts

Calamine lotion

Caladryl lotion
