They dropped 3900 tons of bombs on the city. The air strikes on the marshalling yards were on two later air strikes, Oh and yeah I did read the article. I guess we just read it differently. You know war is hell as they say and unpleasant things are done to win them, the U.S. was just as thorough in their efforts to win as any one. I don't condemn them by any means, but I dont blind myself to the facts either.

The RAF dropped 2,659.3 tons on the city and the USAAF dropped 782 and then 465.6 tons on the marshalling yards, as the chart shows.
That total for the 13th-15 of February is 3,906.9 tons dropped. That’s where the 3900 ton figure comes from in the part you picked to copy and paste.
