Although their is some validity to that expression ('how/why was someone so unqualified pushed along to various promotions in life?'), on the most part I disagree. We know why this turtle is laying on the top of a post -- the American people (brain-washed by an American hating Media) voted for him. Twice.
It is also somewhat insulting to turtles. They may move slow, but they have some redeeming features.
