Now comes the old question of defining what pornography is. I wonder how many women pointing their fingers and saying, "I told you so!" have read all, or part, of 50 Shades of Gray.

I have seen hard core pornography.

I find it to be very unrealistic.

It sounds like many get drawn into it, and it replaces their interactions with an actual human partner. If that happens people should get help. As a man, nothing can replace having an actual woman partner for me.

So, that must include women and their “Bursting bodices and throbbing members” women’s novels, right? Right?

Apparently the Japanese are very tolerant of the stuff. On a flight to Asia I saw a Japanese man reading anime porn sitting next to his wife and kids. Just shook my head.

How about -- Dear People, porn is an affair.

Its a stereotype that only men are addicted to porn. Maybe it was true at some time, but its not true anymore.

Women need to understand that for men, fantasy is more visual. And pretty much every adult engages in some form of private fantasy. So men’s fantasy won’t look like women’s. Women might read something or watch a commercial movie that has love scenes in it, etc. Men need a little more raunch, if I may use that word.

As long as the man prefers his woman to such fantasies, why can’t he engage in them? Especially if she isn’t available. I agree it’s a problem if he prefers porn to his woman.

I know a widow, 80 years of age. Her whole life she read those bodice rippers. Guess what? She still reads them! Read them every day when her husband was alive, and still reads them today.

Sexual fantasies have to be ok because everyone has them. Probably even nuns and priests, and I’m sure Gd doesn’t mind.

From my own perspective I think that porn, drug use and legalization of such, as well birth-control, abortion, Hook-up culture and believe it or not some very addictive Computer games; all play a part either intended or by happenstance in the reduction of population advocated by the ‘Elites’ around the world.

If you can get the world’s population doing something else, anything else, besides ‘making babies’ then it will be reduced by attrition through old age and accidents.

Like I said... My perspective. But you might want to think on it too.

Well it’s a good thing thought police do not exist, back to the beginning of time.

if this is true, then barbara cartland and all those other books are porn for women. and that means those romance books women read that are riddled with “throbbing” and “bosoms” and “he took her” are affairs too.

Great article. Thank you for posting. I went to the site and read his other entries. Absolutely heartbreaking.

This is a vicious industry that destroys families and the men and women involved.

It is not harmless. Not in the least.

Would you want your daughter or son to be a porn star, ogled and masturbated over by strangers? Why would you want somebody else’s daughter or son used in that way?

I firmly believe that Satan’s second best trick after getting people to think he doesn’t exist was getting them to call that stuff “adult entertainment”. (My personal nomination for third is bottle service.)

I notice that it didn’t take long for the finger pointing to begin.

*Women do it too.* without any acceptance of their responsibility.

Blame shifting is NEVER the answer.

And yes, when women indulge in their version of porn, it’s just as bad and just as damaging and just as wrong.
