One of my friends moved from Fresno to Oakland about 25 years ago. In short order a laundry in the first floor of his San Francisco office building blew up and his whole floor had to evacuate, his house almost burned down in the Oakland Hills fire, and a crane across the street from his office fell over into his office so he had to evacuate again.
I advised Andy that God was telling him to move back to Fresno.
