“allow” means the feral gov’t could “dis-allow” any time it wanted.

Should colleges and universities allow students to carry concealed weapons?

Who said they get any say-so? Their campuses are located within in a state that already has laws governing when and by whom it's legal to do so. You might make the argument that people have the right to impose whatever limitations they like, on their own property, but that would apply to, at most, private for-profit universities. State university administrators don't own the university grounds or facilities. The people whom they're trying to regulate do.

Lots of booze, young people, the hookup culture, drugs, and emotional situations.

Yeah, what harm can firearms do?

Pro NRA here too but NO to emotional teens with guns. Away from home for the first time, experiencing love, rejection and possibly drugs for the first time too.

Well then, is not having guns a right or not? Or is it a privilege, which is what that statement suggests?

In most states, you need to be 21 to get your CCW, which would exclude most freshmen thru juniors.
