The irony here is that, Lady, was acquired as a pet to help provide security to the family, which she was doing when she got shot...

I don’t like cats but I will do my best to save one if it’s in peril.

Why would I even think to let my personal feelings influence the safety of the cat?

What gives me the right to decide which sentient being is “worthy” to live or die?

I don’t understand the selective value issues, especially *here*, surrounded by theoretically “better”, freedom loving people.

It’s a puzzlement.

My first bike. I loved that bike, but it was a eye opening lesson as to why the Brits lost the market. Should have bought the Honda 750/4. At least I could have gotten parts when I needed them.

First bike I ever rode on.

It’ was the 70s and the guy had it chopped and raked with a king and queen seat.

The next was a Norton Commando, same treatment.

Ah...the teen years.

:)

My second bike, decided to make a change up, get a two stroke. High compression head & expansion chamber, loads of torque. Good bike but I should have bought the RD 400 since I really only rode it on the street. The RD 400 was a screamer and very reliable.

First bike I ever owned was an original, stock Bonnie.

Never even rode it because we needed money for house renovations.

Still kicking my own arse.
