Obama took the standard oath to enforce the Constitution just like all federal workers and Military.

Actually, no, he didn't. John Roberts flubbed the oath at his first inauguration, it was repeated in private. Remember? There is no record of that second oath either.

On his second go round, he was comfortable mouthing the words, but to him, the oath means nothing.
