Did you see the weatherbell Saturday forecast? Sometimes Joe confuses me but it seemed like he was saying that after a cold start there would be slightly warmer weather through November.

My daughter lives in Toledo. She drove to our house Saturday, showered, loaded up on 30 gallons of water from Aldi and Shop n’ Save then drove back Sunday morning.
