There fire breathing Hungarian peppers in my garden. I have NO idea what to do with them... Guess I’ll dry them and turn them into medicine. LOL

I’m fermenting some Jalapenos right now, smell good.
I’ve got about 35 quarts pickled, 5 pints of relish, a gallon frozen, a quart of dried (about 5 quart of slices before drying), peppers in everything else I pickle, peppers in my tomato sauce, and my pepper plants are still producing.
My buddy is going to bring me some of his ghost peppers we’re going to ferment and make hot sauce.
