I think it is a crime - they are what are called “mandatory reporters”, and failure to report is a crime.

It is called accomplice after the fact and it is a very serious crime. The people at these clinics, all of them are responsible for the continued rap e of a child.
After all, the are baby murderers, so what is a little child rape.
