The Federal Government needs to TOTALLY abrogate the vile law known as “obamacare”, and to expunge all the bureaucracy it created from the face of the Earth!!!!
I don't see how Obamacare can withstand the Halbig ruling. The text of the law plainly states that subsidies are only available via state exchanges. And, based on contemporaneous videotaped statements made by principal Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber back in 2012, it would take a tremendous amount of word parsing for Chief Justice Roberts and his gang to assert that the law doesn't say what it says or doesn't mean what it says. Not that Roberts hasn't shown the ability and willingness to twist the wording into a pretzel in order to save this monstrosity.
