The word choice here, that anyone built “the very fabric of our nation” would usually sound hackneyed and overplayed—but, in this particular instance, given that the U.S. didn’t even have its first Muslim-American congressman until 2007, the peculiar word choice has left some scratching their heads. …

I just didn't scratch my head, I have to revise my total assessment of Obama.

No longer is he simply a posseur, incompetent, arrogant, ignorant bumbler totally out of his depth...
He is simply the first president in U.S. history to be openly insane.

No ability and no knowledge of leadership is bad enough, but his constant stream of Bullshit* is beyond comical and beyond the pale.

You may be on to something. Obama evidently thinks he can structure reality with his rhetoric—the nation never had it so good, the world is tranquil, Muslims built the United States (they must be the ones who really did build that).
