“Lexophilia is a word used to describe those that have a love for words, such as “you can tune a piano, but you can’t tuna fish”, or “to write with a broken pencil is pointless.” A competition to see who can come up with
the best lexophiles is held every year in an undisclosed location. This year’s winning submission is posted at the very end.

Happy birthday !!!!
You don’t have hooved bees in Illinois????? Man, you should probably stay out of Texas then.....
Thanks! as a summer birthday I have a lifetime of being forgotten, it’s ok, my fam remembered! Paula’s bday is end of June and we would always commiserate about forgotten summer bdays!
Spot on!
they wear BOOTS in TX don’t they??
I love those!
is THAT what KMA means??? ; )
turned 58, I have no prob with my age! thanks!
A+++
I think we all say that - with mine wandering around thanksgiving, it was impossible to have a birthday party as a kid
So what did YOU think it meant?
yes, I think what we missed most of all was bringing in the bday treats for an in-class party. Any bday around a holiday is a gyp-job though, you’re right.
I am merely exercising plausible deniability.... ; )
My daughter’s was always at spring break.....
well I more than made up for what I missed myself with baking for xsteen and xsboy and their October bdays. xsbaby has July also, but wasn’t scarred by it.
I thought they’d strike a chord with the folks on this thread!
perfect!! and thanks! A++++
It would behoove one to post something soon so as to not be redolent with the scent of tardiness.
