Studies have predicted that by 2017, 87% of all online connections will be with smartphones and/or tablets. This should apply to FR too of course. However, you can be sure that new ways of doing things, such as posting photos will be developed right along with this trend. In other words, the problem (if there is one) will take care of itself.
The problem isn’t FR. Many posters use their phones without an issue. The problem is the settings on the phones which can be changed.
