When I used to frequent an Orthodox parish (granted, it was hard-core-ROCOR) they used to have one-size-fits-all wraparound skirts and veils on loan to women (visitors, I guess) who came in not properly attired.

A matching wraparound skirt and triangle kerchief was included so one could stop at church for Confession on busy Saturdays.
