“Weve been on high alert all day for the damned creatures, said a Senate aide on condition of anonymity. People are pretty much on lockdown, scared to leave their offices.
These things are disgusting. I am talking about the aides and the Senators.

The best system for bedbug eradication is to seal off the building, remove all the food and perishables, and HEAT the building to an unacceptably high temperature (using special heaters designed for that purpose), and keeping the temperature at that horrible heat for a specified amount of time.
Then, a thorough vacuuming and cleaning.
I wonder if we can perform this operation without having to evacuate certain congresscritters?

Demons can withstand Hellish temperatures. Wouldn’t hurt them at all.

Until we opened our borders up bed-bugs and head lice were distant memories. Now at the beginning of the school year we have to check our kids and many have to A-200 them.
But wait, there’s more! The new wave of (illegal) immigrants are vectoring in a whole bunch of new/old diseases.

Maybe today would be a good day to introduce a bill to reverse the ban on DDT. We may have their attention.
