These days, most so called “ liberals “ won't even talk to you if you are a Republican. I have had clients who if they ever learned I was a Conservative won't ever buy from me.
An old pal of mine was a confirmed Democrat. Nothing really changed his mind and we'd argue all the time. He was a hard working, fun loving family man who'd always be around to help his friends.
I miss that guy a lot and consider him a first rate gentleman. Just because I did not agree with his politics didn't mean I could not see what made him a good man.
