Not a sniper rifle, but it is a Ruger 10-22. A real tack driver.

The SV99 has left a wake of bodies in Chechnya other hotspots around the world.

.22LR is a excellent choice for certain situations.

.22 with subsonic rounds max 100yds. Yes, it can be an effective sniper rifle.

I fire .22 Aquila SS from my AR conversion and the clack of the bolt is louder
than the round. Quieter than a cap gun with just the flash suppressor.
Fired from inside a room it would be 100% silent.

Perhaps not what we typically think of as a sniper rifle, but sniping is sniping even at 100 yards or less....

I have more trouble labeling the vehicle as a sniping van - it sounds more like a comfort-oriented recreational vehicle for firearms aficionados....
