Probably not and probably can't get down on his knees either. If the dude was not doing anything at the time, the should have just kept going. No common sense. Mostly I think he mouthed off at them and these cops these days are all about us having to respect them no matter what.

I am reminded of Cartman fro South Park- "Respect my authority". That made me laugh and these clowns make me laugh.

How long before people have had enough and start shooting back? Wonder if the cops will regret their gangsta thugging persona's then?

When the victims' families sue the snot out of them, and barring that, when
they've attended enough funerals of their deceased former-thug-cop buddies
and finally realize that it could happen to any of them at any time.

Although, with 70 or less IQs, they actually may not be able to figure it out.

From what I have seen on watching the t.v. program, COPS, his “mouthing off” could have a simple “why?” from him.
