Make sure you are in the right section if refering to the consumer support (vice Business and Developer support) . From the link you provide in the "Consumer and Mujltimedia products"::
"Extended Support is not offered for Consumer and Multimedia products"
Standard support for the consumer is 5 years, from your link....so Windows 7 is nearing end of life by that definition.

Extended support for all versions of Windows 7 ends 1/14/2020. That includes Windows 7 Home Premium, which is not intended for business use.
